Bourjois Illuminating Powder

I just cannot resist a gimmick!

Bourjois Java Rice Illuminating powder is a relaunch from the brand which was a part of their range many moons ago. The packaging is a cute copy of what the original would have looked and would be a beautiful addition to any dressing table.

Obviously the product itself is important as well! The loose powder is a light pearly colour which highlights and brightens any part of the face or body that you feel needs some of its illumination power. Of course with this a little goes a long way with this product so light handed application with a fluffy brush will stop you looking too much like a fairy princess!

As a beauty product this does exactly what you would expect however I think the appeal lies in its novelty and nostalgia rather than it's everyday usability.
